Once again the Harrison High School Student Council is sponsoring the Hoops for Hope fundraising endeavor for our community. Between 2008 and 2018,over$200,000 has been raised for local needs. This year's fundraising will benefit two people: Mrs. Laura Hooker, a TSC employee, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation in honor of Gracie Olvera-Rowland, an HHS 10th grade student.
People in these difficult situations appreciate the community support that they receive through our Hoops for Hope fundraiser. Hoops for Hope recipients receive financial support that help alleviate costly expenses caused by their medical condition. You have the opportunity to support both Laura and Gracie by making a donation to this fundraising effort. Names of those businesses or individuals making donations will be placed on the back of the T-shirt being sold for the Harrison/Marion basketball game to be played on Friday, February 15th at 8:00 pm. Community support is shown on game day when fans, athletes, coaches, cheerleaders and dance team members wear their Hoops for Hope T-shirt at the game! In addition to their names, the largest donors will have their logos printed on the back of the shirt. If you would like to make a donation to the Hoops for Hope fundraiser, make your check made payable to: Harrison High School/Hoops for Hope. Please mail checks to Harrison High School, attn.: Jennifer Collicott, 5701 N. 50 W., West Lafayette, IN 47906.
Thank you in advance for your donation and for your support of Hoops for Hope.
